Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Fashion Design Game for Girls mobile application (the "App") operated by Burak Alp KARA ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. Use of the App

  • The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from the App.
  • You must not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

The App offers a "Pro" subscription that grants access to all features and removes usage limits.

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Account Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
  • No Refunds: Unused portions of a subscription term are not refundable once the purchase is confirmed, except as required by applicable law or Apple's store policies.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Burak Alp KARA and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Turkey and foreign countries.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Burak Alp KARA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App.

6. Apple-Specific Terms

  • Acknowledgement: These Terms are concluded between you and us only, not with Apple. We are solely responsible for the App and its content.
  • Scope of License: The license granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.
  • Maintenance and Support: Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
  • Warranty: In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
